President

CFO

Paul Hartley – President

Paul Hartley joined MOS/IOT in October of 2017. We are proud to have Paul at the helm, leading us today and into the future. Building upon the success of MOS/IOT through connecting with our customers, continued dedication of our employees, and supporting our communities; that’s what Paul is all about!

Mr. Hartley’s career spans many years of sales management, business management and executive experience. He has previously held significant roles with Xerox to include; Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Constituent and Government Software Solutions, Chief of Strategy, Vice President of Acquisition Operations, Managing Director of Healthcare Recovery Service, Senior Vice President of Business Transformation and Senior Vice President & General Manager. While serving as Vice President of Acquisition Operations, Paul played an integral role in the acquisition of GIS by Xerox and was in charge of the Integration Office to ensure a smooth transition.

Mr. Hartley is a graduate of Youngstown State where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He also holds a Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Paul has two adult children currently living in Michigan and Connecticut.

Claire McFadden – CFO

• MBA program from Davenport University

Claire McFadden joined us in 2010 as a Financial Analyst. She quickly proved herself and was promoted to Admin Manager and now is the Chief Financial Officer of MOS and IOT. Claire is a fantastic addition to our leadership team as she oversees Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Processing and Leasing.

Claire has a great mind for numbers and shows her leadership daily. She spearheaded our process improvement in our Order Processing department. Our customers benefited from her efforts with more accurate billing and paperwork. With her passion for building relationships and anticipating customer’s needs, Claire is a true asset to IOT.

Claire holds a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from Grand Valley State University and recently completed the MBA program at Davenport University in April.
