Sam Castiglione – President
• 24 years Industry experience
• Degree in Marketing from Central Michigan University
Sam is responsible for helping to guide the overall strategy for our customers as well as ultimately being responsible for the overall service and support deliverable. Within our business model, Integrity One’s company President is empowered to do whatever is needed to ensure overall customer satisfaction. We do not operate in a matrix management structure. Service, sales, FM operations, billing, supply chain and professional services all report to Sam ensuring every customer has a single point of accountability.
Sam is a graduate of Central Michigan University and has been working in the office technology field for over 24 years including the past eight years with Global Imaging Systems.
Paul Balser – Vice President of Operations
• 25 years experience
• AAS in Electronics Engineering Technology
As Vice President of Operations, Paul oversees day-to-day operations to support the growth of the organization, which includes Logistics, Purchasing, Training, Helpdesk, Call Center, IT Department, Professional Services, Reprographics Document Imaging Center and The Service Department.
While focusing on strategic planning and goal-setting, he also works to direct the operations of the company in achieving it’s goals through measuring progress and providing support.
Dan Sanders – Vice President of Service
• A+ N+ Certified
Dan has 28 years of experience, providing service support in our industry. Originally starting as a Technician, he worked his way up and has been in management for 15 years. Dan is a key component in driving company productivity goals and is dedicated to proving complete customer satisfaction.
Overall, Dan manages all team members in our service department including Service Managers.
His role also includes being responsible for ensuring customers receive the best support possible, including managing fleet uptime, average response time and first time fix efficiency.
Rest assured, Dan has successfully managed Service for numerous large accounts of this nature within the past 15 years, making sure all Service Level Agreements are not only achieved, but exceeded.
Sarah Wright – Controller
• 10+ years of Account & CPA Experience
• B.A. in Business Administration, Cum Laude Graduate of Ferris State University
• 4+ years within Global Imaging Systems (GISX) Core Structure
On a daily basis Sarah leads Integrity One’s administrative team and is responsible for tracking, organizing and auditing our organization’s financial information.
